Thank you for registering for our headshot popup. As the date approaches, I want to touch base to make sure you are ready! HERE ARE THE DETAILS: Please remember that headshot sessions are first come first serve and will be taken in 45 min intervals (limited to 10 people per time slot). We are asking that all participants come ready to shoot, as this will help to reduce the wait time. You will receive a digital download link via email containing 3 images and be able to choose 1 to be professionally edited. Your edited headshot will be available within two weeks of the event. Why? As a small business, we can relate to the struggle of searching for resources and opportunities that we are qualified for; especially as a new business owner trying to navigate through our professional careers. We thought it would be an amazing opportunity to bridge the gap and make opportunities more accessible with something as simple as a free headshot. Network in the Wait? Yes! As you are waiting for your session we encourage you to network and find new connections, contacts and clientele. So...bring your business cards & QR codes - you never know who will be in the room! THIS EVENT IS NON-REFUNDABLE
Deposit & No-Show Policy A 30% deposit is required to secure all appointments. All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to show up without notice will result in an additional 20% no-show fee, meaning 50% of the total service cost will be charged and retained. To cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid additional charges.
